LintLang 0.8.0 adds native GitLab Code Quality reports, so your team can review ambiguous tool descriptions, conflicting instructions, and missing constraints alongside code changes. Findings include source locations, severity, and suggested fixes; unchanged findings stay matched when surrounding lines move.

This release also improves source locations in existing terminal, JSON, and SARIF reports. No new runtime dependencies or separate plugin are required.

Compatibility and limitations #

Python 3.10+ remains required. This release adds no runtime dependencies. For source-location details and reporting behavior, see outputs and exit codes. Existing host compatibility pins are unchanged.
